Damascus Steel Chef Knife
These are the 67-layer Japanese Damascus Super Steel knives with a polished surface. They are corrosion-resistant and tough. The Knives are stabilized at 60 ± 2 HRC with vacuum heat-treated hardness. The edges are curved and the knives are long-lasting, more durable, and sharper.
